FOR MY FRIENDS - TRY THIS IN 2009 - HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!You will Live much longer and Happyer.
Try this in 2009...it WILL make a difference......
1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you must.
3. When you wake up in the morning, complete the following statement, 'My purpose is to __________ today.'
4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, and almonds.
6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
7 Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead, invest your energy in the positive present moment.
8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a
college kid with a maxed out charge card.
9 Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
12. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: "In five years, will this matter?"
17. Forgive everyone for everything.
18. What other people think of you is none of your business. What God thinks of you is your most important business.
19. GOD heals EVERYTHING.
20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick; your friends will. Stay in touch.
22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
23. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements:
am thankful for __________. Today I accomplished _________.
24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
25. Remember that you operate on limited knowledge...only God knows everything...He may reveal something tomorrow that will change the course of your life. And even though, today, your knowledge is limited and you may not be able to see around the next corner, you can take comfort in the reality that God is still in control.

This should have been answered a long time ago.Wednesday, December 31, 2008
America Where is She:
Is the American President by Law has to have a Birth Certificate or Proof that he is American Born. This has been asked of Barack Obama and I have not heard or seen in writing that he has one. So who is reasonable to see that he meets this requirement?
To my knowledge it has never been answered. Their has been two Law suits filed against Barack Obama and one was throne out because the Lawry did not have Standing by a Judge what does that mean?
Their has been another Law Suit filed but don’t know the status of that Law Suite. Other than they claim they have a long and hard fight because Barack Obama has three Law Firms protecting him.
So how does a person go about finding the answers to this question?
I believe it should be answered very soon.

----- Original Message ----....
I have read this several times in the past and Ever Few Months I need to be reminded of it, I hope it helps to remind you too.
You could have heard a pin drop
You don't say?
When in England , at a fairly large conference, Colin Powell was asked by
the Archbishop of Canterbury if our plans for Iraq were just an example
of empire building' by George Bush.
He answered by saying, 'Over the years, the United States has sent many of
its fine young men and women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond
our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return is enough to bury those that did not return.'
You could have heard a pin drop.
There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers
were taking part, including French and American. During a break one of the
French engineers came back into the room saying 'Have you heard the latest
dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to
help the tsunami victims. What does he intended to do, bomb them?'
A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly: 'Our carriers have three
hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are nuclear
powered and can supply emergency electrical power to shore facilities; they
have three cafeterias with the capacity to feed 3,000 people three meals a
day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from sea
water each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in
transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck.
We have eleven such ships; how many does France have?'
You could have heard a pin drop.
A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included Admirals
from the U.S. , English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies. At a
cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large group of
Officers that included personnel from most of those countries. Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, 'whereas Europeans learn many languages, Americans learn only English.' He then asked, 'Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?' Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied 'Maybe it's because the Brits, Canadians, Aussies and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't
have to speak German.'
You could have heard a pin drop.
AND THIS STORY FITS RIGHT IN WITH THE ABOVE...
Robert Whiting, an elderly gentleman of 83, arrived in Paris by plane. At French Customs, he took a few minutes to locate his passport in his carry on. 'You have been to France before, monsieur?' < /div> te customs officer asked sarcastically. Mr. Whiting admitted that he had been to France previously ..'Then you should know enough to have your passport ready.' The American said, 'The last time I was here, I didn't have to show it.' 'Impossible. Americans always have to show your passports on arrival in France !'
The American senior gave the Frenchman a long hard look. Then he quietly explained.
'Well, when I came ashore at Omaha Beach on D-Day in '44 to help liberate this country,
I couldn't find a single Frenchmen to show a passport to.'
You could have heard a pin drop.

Surviving the Economic Meltdown
NOTE: Here's a secular article I've submitted to my local paper. Feel free to adapt it in any way that is useful to you.
People are getting laid off. Men can't find jobs. People are taking pay reductions. Budgets are getting slashed. Home values have plummeted. Investments have gone up in smoke.
And that's just in my family.
We're in an economic meltdown of freakish proportions. A new survey reveals that 150 million adults are noticeably affected by the economic meltdown-22% in a major way. Most expect it to take several years for the nation to recover.
We're all asking the same question: "How can I survive the current crisis?" Maybe you've lost your job-or fear it. Maybe you've watched your investments or paycheck shrink. Perhaps your business is way off. Or maybe you're "okay," but still worry how it's all going to play out.
I'm the survivor of an economic meltdown. When Congress passed the Tax Reform Act of 1986, liquidity vanished, car dealers closed, the Savings and Loan industry was liquidated, many insurance companies failed, and businesspeople like me had trouble making ends meet.
Every day for the seven years, I didn't know if I would be forced into bankruptcy. It's a long story, but I was able to avoid bankruptcy. Here are some survival strategies that worked for me then, and can work for you now.
Strategy 1: Get out of debt. You cannot borrow your way out of a problem that you borrowed your way into. Here's an idea that often gets overlooked: It takes more energy to earn a living and service debt than to just earn a living. Debt is dumb. Getting out of debt is "do-or-die." My strategy for overcoming debt was simple. I made "getting out of debt" my overarching goal. I knew that to survive, I had to get out of debt. So do you.
Strategy 2: Remain accessible. Many people in financial straits dodge calls, don't return calls, don't do what they promise, and miss deadlines. This creates a fantastic opportunity for you to distinguish yourself and get some mercy. Don't wait for creditors to call you-call them, and if they do call-pick up the phone. Communicate, communicate, communicate.
Strategy 3: Stay in touch with friends. One of your biggest tendencies in a meltdown is to withdraw from your friends-to go it alone and not want others to know your struggles. When you're in a funk you have an overwhelming urge to pull the covers over your head and disappear. You simply can't do that and survive. Sure, friends will let you down. You have to decide between imperfect fellowship and perfect isolation.
Strategy 4: Live "within" your means. People either live "above," "at," "within," or "below" their means. If you've been living "above" or "at" your means, it's time for a change. How? The first step is to get out of denial that you are not living within your means. Frankly, denial is a much stronger force than most people understand. Denial means that you actually believe a story that you've made up-a lie.
We live in unexampled times. The world's best and brightest are trying to fix this, but human ingenuity alone probably will not be enough. It would send a great message if the President-Elect said in his inaugural address, "I would like to call our nation to humbly ask God for His wisdom, mercy, and intervention." In any event, you should go ahead and do that now.

A very simple way for the Auto Makers to do it on their own and all so the rest of the people trying to get Govenment to pay them out of the trouble that they did them self's by poor managament. Thursday, December 11, 2008
The Congress & Senate should not give the auto, manufactories the bail out till they come up with a plan that they can make money with, the quickest way for them to do that is to make a plan that they can build a car and make money doing it.
The first thing is to see what it will cost to build the cars they want to sell and they know the market is weak to begin with. So that’s one strike on them to start. The next is to keep the people that build the cars and cut their salary, this goes for management top to the bottom. They get these under control. Then cut contracts with venders to where they can build the cars and make a profit.
As long a they have been building cars they surely can come up with a plan very quickly come up with a plan that will restructure to a point that will accomplish this plan.
Let them go into bankrupts keep enough people with reduced salary regard less what union says. The have to make a profit to come out of Bankrupts they make a profit they can come out of bankrupt and start making money for them self’s .
This will void having to give them a large amount of money They would have to pay back. It would put them in a position that they would be on their own making money as they should be, how great this would be.
They should know that if they don't make money they will be with out a job as much as they have been makeing they shurly could make a living on a lesser amount so they can keep their job, and be happy doing it. Good Luck to all.

Dear Sir:
We know the letter of the Law is great and we want it protected to the fullest degree and we believe that the people should not be shacked with the Minority controlling some effects of the whole nation.
So you have a balancing act when you make Laws from the bench, just the Law is not all there is there is such a thing as our Heritage and what they mean to our Nation.
This is an article that I wrote that might be of interest and guidance in making some of your decision, thanking you for listening.
What is the answer for America, about religion? Our history is and has been given that religion is a vital part of America for over 200 years. Why are the Courts so dead set on removing all of our religion? For the minority, it is well known that there are 84% majority for Religion and 14 % minorities and how is it they control so much of our position on religion. The Supreme Court is one of the worst they pass laws that take religion out of our schools , Government Buildings based on the decisions of the minority. The courts making the Laws, which should be made by the people or Congress.
But Congress pass a Law so the Muslims can Pray in their Schools how can this be, our courts limiting Religion in American Schools and allowing, it in Muslim Schools.
Some one is taking all the reference of religion out of our lives. Such as taking Christmas out of our holiday and changing it to happy Holiday. On and On. A Federal Judge was fired because he would not remove his Ten Commandments from his court building.
I wish ever one all the courts and the rest of our government would go to the Web page
www.forsakenroots.org and they would get a good education on what our Government has been and what our forefathers meant when they put the procedures to gather for what this America was built on and the purpose it was to serve.
How do we stop our Federal Judges and Supreme Courts making Laws from their bench, the big part of them is for One or a few people, when they do it gives minorities control over the majority which should not be.
Supreme Court Won't Review Obama's Presidential Eligibility and why not.

Harold C Fields.
