This is a very good way to treat the Illegal that invade this country, my Constitution says to call out the militia to execute the Law of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions. in Section 8 . I would say any body that comes in our Country without invitation is surly and invasions instead of an illegal. He is forcing himself on us and expect us to provide him all his desires. It's a shame they are all Catholics, I am sure we would not tolerate them otherwise. Our American Catholics vote Catholic is the reason we don't have English as our language. No wonder America is in the state it is when we don't have any batter since than to elect a Muslim for our President, and we are taking all of God out of our Country what a shame. I could go on and on am sure you get the points I'm trying to make. So God Bless you and God Bless the American Nation and keep it a "Nation Under God" for ever.

to pending Immigration Legislation,boycotted all Caucasian owned businesses in the Victoria area this past weekend as a demonstration of their economic impact on the community. The boycott was declared a success by the
Hispanic community, noting that revenue in Caucasian owned businesses was down by 19%.
Business owners declared the boycott a success as well, pointing out that shoplifting was reduced by 77%, money orders sent out of the country were
down by 97, and the cost of daily clean-up and trash collection was down
by 84%. Shoppers reported that they could
actually hear English being spoken throughout the community for the first time in recent memory, and customers actually paid for purchases with real money, not government debit cards.

Dear Senator Harkin,
As a native Iowan and excellent customer of the Internal Revenue Service, I am writing to ask for your assistance. I have contacted the Department of Homeland Security in an effort to determine the process for becoming an illegal alien and they referred me to you.
My primary reason for wishing to change my status from U.S. Citizen to illegal alien stems from the bill which was recently passed by the Senate and for which you voted. If my understanding of this bill's provisions is accurate, as an illegal alien who has been in the United States for five years, all I need to do to become a citizen is to pay a $2,000 fine and income taxes for three of the last five years. I know a good deal when I see one and I am anxious to get the process started before everyone figures it out.
Simply put, those of us who have been here legally have had to pay taxes every year so I'm exci ted about the prospect of avoiding two years of taxes in return for paying a $2,000 fine. Is there any way that I can apply to be illegal retroactively? This would yield an excellent result for me and my family because we paid heavy taxes in 2004 and 2005.
Additionally, as an illegal alien I could begin using the local emergency room as my primary health care provider. Once I have stopped paying premiums for medical insurance, my accountant figures I could save almost $10,000 a year.
Another benefit in gaining illegal status would be that my daughter would receive preferential treatment relative to her law school applications, as well as 'in-state' tuition rates for many colleges throughout the United States for my son.
Lastly, I understand that illegal status would relieve me of the burden of renewing my driver's license and making those burdensome car insurance premiums. This is very important to me given that I still have college age children driving my car.
If you would provide me with an outline of the process to become illegal (retroactively if possible) and copies of the necessary forms, I would be most appreciative.

I can't show the pictures of the Flags the America Flag up side down with the Mexican Flag on top of it.only in America could this be done and not get in Jail for it.
Montebello High School in California You will not see this heart-stopping photo on the front page of the NY Times, nor on the lead story of the major news networks. The protestors at Montebello High School took the American flag off the school's flag pole and hung it upside down while putting up the Mexican flag over it. (*See pictures below*)I predict this stunt will be the nail in the coffin of any guest-worker/amnesty plan on the table in Washington . The image of the American flag subsumed to another and turned upside down on American soil is already spreading on Internet forums and via e-mail.Pass this along to every American citizen in your address books and to every representative in the state and federal government. If you choose to remain uninvolved, do not be amazed when you no longer have a nation to call your own nor anything you have worked for left since it will be 'redistributed' to the activists while you are so peacefully staying out of the 'fray'. Illegal Immigration and the Federal Budget

Executive Summary

This study is one of the first to estimate the total impact of illegal immigration on the federal budget. Most previous studies have focused on the state and local level and have examined only costs or tax payments, but not both. Based on Census Bureau data, this study finds that, when all taxes paid (direct and indirect) and all costs are considered, illegal households created a net fiscal deficit at the federal level of more than $10 billion in 2002. We also estimate that, if there was an amnesty for illegal aliens, the net fiscal deficit would grow to nearly $29 billion.

Among the findings:
a.. Households headed by illegal aliens imposed more than $26.3 billion in costs on the federal government in 2002 and paid only $16 billion in taxes, creating a net fiscal deficit of almost $10.4 billion, or $2,700 per illegal household.

b.. Among the largest costs are Medicaid ($2.5 billion); treatment for the uninsured ($2.2 billion); food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches ($1.9 billion); the federal prison and court systems ($1.6 billion); and federal aid to schools ($1.4 billion).

c.. With nearly two-thirds of illegal aliens lacking a high school degree, the primary reason they create a fiscal deficit is their low education levels and resulting low incomes and tax payments, not their legal status or heavy use of most social services.

d.. On average, the costs that illegal households impose on federal coffers are less than half that of other households, but their tax payments are only one-fourth that of other households.

titled, "Mexican visitor's lament" -- 10/25/07.
She interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting
Denver last week. Hernandez said,
"They (illegal aliens) pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes...what happens
to your country's economy if 20 million people go away?"
That's a good question - it deserves an answer. Over 80 percent of
Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what
would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America ? The answers may
surprise you!
· In California , if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico ,
it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems,
bankrupted hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner,
safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominate language again.
· In Colorado , 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and
grand-kids - would move back "home," mostly to Mexico That would save
Coloradans an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 BIL) annually in
taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration
costs. It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone.
Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the
terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver
Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.
